AKC Canine Good Citizen Certification Course
The Canine Good Citizen (CGC) program is an AKC certification program designed to reward dogs who have good manners at home and in the community. All dogs who pass the 10-step CGC test receive a certificate from the American Kennel Club.
Our AKC Canine Good Citizen class is for dogs that have completed a basic obedience class. This is an intermediate level course and it focuses on more advanced training as well as exercises designed to ensure our best friend is a reliable, well-behaved member of our family and community. The CGC Test is a certification program that simulates everyday situations in a relaxed, noncompetitive atmosphere.
